all the new ones and "weak" ones ran out to smoke.
loved to see the attendant round them up to come back in when the droning began again.

Had an argument with my wife about tinkerbell :(
by BU2B inone of my co workers mother made my 4 year old a blanket with the disney character tinkerbell on it.
as soon as i got it i knew trouble lay ahead.
i wanted to reason with her before my daughter saw it so as not to cause a disruption, but it didn't work out that way.

It would sadly seem son, Stuckinarut. I know some pretty intelligent JWs who fail to see through this ruse. Or if they do, they're in denial. Unfortunately, I find it hard to look the other way and my connections with the ones that are still in are somewhat strained. I find it very hard to hold in my frustration!

i thought, "at last, we are all being encouraged to visit our poor brothers & sisters in nursing homes, who feel abandoned!.
nope, that's not it - it's all about targetting non-witnesses in those establishments, and get them to sign up for "bible" studies.

Have You Been Invited To The Memorial?

he was cordial to them because they were'nt over the top.. so far, i have had no invites, thank god..

Funny you asked that...as I was running outside yesterday, jamming to Motley Crue on the headphones, oblivious to the pavement underneath me, all of a sudden I find myself sliding forward, heading for a nasty fall. I caught myself, luckily, and looked down to see what caused me to slip...there it was. A crumpled up memorial invite, Jesus' hand extended. I took it with me and threw it away...didn't wany anyone else to be tripped up by it!

I used to live there. I was in the Carollwood area, the newer part. It's actually north of Tampa, up Dale Mabry. That's a great area as well as Land O Lakes.
Also, Brookesville, about 45 minutes further north is a much cheaper place to live. They put in an expressway that can get you to Tampa in about 20 minutes or so.
